SEUVAS
Founded in 2017 in Kurashiki, Okayama. The brand name “SEUVAS” is a combination of “SEWING” and “CANVAS,” reflecting the fusion of two traditions: durable and breathable “sewing techniques” and the 130-year history of “Kurashiki canvas.” SEUVAS expresses its commitment to creating “free clothing” that can withstand even the harshest environments.
Best of Both: Cotton and Linen
The fabric is a cotton-linen nep denim, combining the softness of cotton with the moisture-wicking, quick-drying, and breathable properties of linen. The nep (clumps of fiber) adds a unique texture.
Its cool touch is perfect for the sweaty seasons of spring and summer. With each wear and wash, it becomes softer and more comfortable, allowing you to enjoy the evolving color and texture.
Practical Details
The chin strap at the neck prevents collar flutter, a feature commonly found in vintage work shirts and coveralls.
The front includes a practical four-pocket layout. The left chest pocket is divided into sections of different sizes, convenient for storing pens and small items. The right chest pocket and waist pockets on both sides are reinforced with rivets to prevent tearing.
The right chest pocket is also sized to fit a smartphone.
Original tack buttons engraved with the brand name add a distinctive flavor.
Triple-needle stitching throughout enhances the durability of the seams.
Relaxed Silhouette
While maintaining the classic coverall shape, the use of raglan sleeves creates a beautifully fitting line around the shoulders. The overall silhouette has a comfortable roominess, allowing for wear without restriction.
