REMI RELIEF
Based on a commitment to “quality” rather than quantity, REMI RELIEF focuses on every detail, from yarns, twists, and knitting to dyeing and finishing, all while eliminating waste. The brand operates its own factory in Okayama, Japan, where all materials are dyed and processed.
Original Denim with Recreated Used Wash
The 13oz denim fabric is made from the rare “Zimbabwe Cotton,” a type of extra-long staple cotton. Its fine, long fibers create a smooth, soft touch and high durability, giving it a special quality that sets it apart from other cotton. This fabric is designed to be loved for many years.
The used wash produces natural fading, creating a worn-in look from the start. However, the fabric continues to age beautifully, allowing you to enjoy the changing colors over time.
Recreating the 1954 Details
The design faithfully recreates the 2nd type from 1954 with details such as:
– Two chest pockets on the front
– “Action pleats” to increase the range of motion at the front
– “Side adjusters” for better fit around the waist
The buttons have a used, rusty finish, mimicking the look of a garment that has been loved for years. There are no modern interpretations; it stays true to the original vintage charm.
Modern Boxy Fit to Suit Current Trends
The silhouette has a wide body with a slim length, making it easy to wear alone or layer with a hoodie. The length of both the body and sleeves are uniform across sizes, while the shoulder and chest measurements vary according to size to maintain a balanced fit.
A timeless piece filled with craftsmanship and the charm of vintage styles. Experience the authentic texture with your own hands.
