Indigo Shave is a special wash process that has been perfected to achieve the look and feel of fine vintage denim.
It creates a realistic fade, a tasteful bite and gives the popular indigo dye a beautifully faded finish.

Calculated size specs
We tailor our garments according to calculated size specs in order to make the best shape considering the strong sewing for long wear and the shrinkage rate of post-dyeing. The fabric will loosen up and become more comfortable as you wear it, so it will gradually change to fit your body.

Neck ribbing The binder neck is sewn across the body and is made of a thick milling material. Sturdy and durable for years of use.
Flat seams
Reinforcing tape to soften the neck, maintain the shoulder line and prevent loss of shape. Sturdy stitching to prevent stretching, loss of shape and punctures. The circular body knit eliminates seams, making the garment more comfortable and less prone to twisting.

Pigment dyeing is a process that involves dyeing a fabric with a pigmented dye. Pigment dyeing is a process in which large particles of pigment are used to dye the surface of the fabric, giving it a white, abrasive appearance. As the fabric is washed more and more times, the surface colour fades and the fabric takes on a characteristic shade similar to that of jeans.
Dyeing process by skilled artisans
Pigment dyeing is carried out by skilled Japanese artisans who are familiar with the positive and negative characteristics required for the dyeing process and who are found in only a few factories in Japan. The process is more involved than the usual post-dyeing process, so there is a risk of damage to the body, but the finished product has a very different look and feel to it.
