DANNER
An American boot brand founded in 1932 in Wisconsin, USA. It is a long-established brand that developed the first shoes in the U.S. to use Vibram soles and was also the first shoe company to develop shoes using Gore-Tex.
Rare thick-fleshed glass leather
The upper is made of glass leather, which is characterized by its thickness and luster. The appeal of glass leather is that it has the look of formal dress shoes, yet is resistant to rain and retains its beauty without frequent polishing.
Glass leather with a resin coating is generally made from low quality raw hides to cover up scratches and uneven fibers on the surface, but DANNER uses thick, heavy leather that is carefully selected from the raw hides.
What are Postman Shoes?
These shoes were made for US Postal Service employees to wear when delivering mail. They feature a rounded silhouette with a plain toe and a flat sole to prevent damage to the lawn.

The sole uses the brand’s original “Dancat sole”. While the sole pattern is flat, it has grip in all directions and excellent shock absorption properties, making it comfortable to walk in.
